ABOUT THE VILLA

Through the rear-side entrance, there is a small entry hall that opens to a large panoramic living room. The dining area is to the left of the living room joining up to the kitchen to the rear. The living space is open plan, however, kitchen is carefully designed so as to provide a semi-open presentation. On the ground floor, there is a guest WC and plenty of storage facilities. The living room opens toward the poolside terrace of nearly 40m² which leads onto the large pool deck area and the large swimming pool, all on one level.

First floor has two generous bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are designed as master bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the pool area and views. In Ovacik area, it is possible to achieve 20-22 weeks once rentals get established.

From our experience of the area, we can categorically suggest that these are some of the most attractive villas ever built in Ovacik, Fethiye.
