ABOUT THE VILLA

Through the rear-side entrance, there is a small entry hall that opens to a large panoramic living room. The dining area is to the left of the living room joining up to the kitchen to the rear. The living space is open plan, however, kitchen is carefully designed so as to provide a semi-open presentation. On the ground floor, there is a guest WC and plenty of storage facilities. The living room opens toward the poolside terrace of nearly 40m² which leads onto the large pool deck area and the large swimming pool, all on one level.

RENTAL POTENTIAL OF OVACIK

These are uniquely designed properties that sit on one of the most stunning pieces of land in Ovacik, Fethiye. The plot is elevated to allow distant sea views but at the same time is close enough to Ovacik Town centre for easy access. The location offers privacy and idyllic settings. From our experience of the area, we can categorically suggest that these are some of the most attractive villas ever built in Ovacik, Fethiye.
