Oceanique Villas is newly built holiday resort located in Mũi Né, a coastal resort town in the Bình Thuận Province of the Southeast region of Vietnam. All buildings, including this stunning modern beach house, are designed by the Vietnam-based MM++ Architects.

Is there anything better than life in an open modern beach house, surrounded with palm trees? Sounds pretty perfect, right? Architects from MM++ office said the area where houses are built is usually occupied exclusively by resorts and hotels, which makes this beach house even more special and valuable. Area around the house is built in modern style, with minimalist terraces and swimming pools looking out on the beautiful ocean. Palm trees and other tropical vegetation are planted to offer amazing feeling of freshness. What else you can you expect for a beach house? Just imagine warm summer rain falling down from those large green leaves while you’re sitting in your living room, looking the wavy ocean.

Interior design of this modern beach house is focused on minimalism as well, with dominant white color. The fresh atmosphere I was talking about above is brought inside as well. You will notice indoor “pond” surrounded with exotic plants. Just beautiful. I really liked wooden stairs too, especially because they are placed with the “pond” and plants. Another beautiful thing I would like to mention is modern bathroom where external glass wall can be removed which turns the shower and whole bathroom into open area, connected with swimming pool.
