WORLD CLASS DESIGNERS

After the consultation we will set you up for a more personal connection with one of our world class designers. They will help in generating ideas and begin the process of realizing those daydreams and doodles by turning them into deliverable items.

REMOTE COLLABORATION

Of course we cherish in-person communication whenever possible. However, we are an international company and love the fact our clients originate from outside Turkey. So have no fear, you will still feel the warmth of our office, even from the comfort of your own home.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

One of the first deliverables you will receive will be a synthesis of conceptual ideas for the project. An ethos that will echo throughout all of the details within the appropriate scope and a beacon to help guide future decisions down the line.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

Being a full service outfit means our team extends beyond the drawing board. We will have our team of field workers get technically analyze every crevasse of space to be designed. This will allow us to properly design without overlooking any stray pipe or misplaced outlet.

INITIAL DRAWINGS

The next deliverable will the the initial drafting. All of the preparation, research and loose ends will be loosely collected with the ballpark of the final iteration. This is where we can begin to see what exactly the defining characteristics of your space will be.

FLOOR PLANS & SETUP

With drawing and style, come floor plans and professional development. Arguably, this is one of the more exciting stages in our process. This is where you can physically touch your fully matured idea. Dream has officially mingled with reality.

APPLICATION & BUDGET ALLOCATION

With reality comes budget considerations, and we are here for it all. Whether your budget is extravagant or modest Designer Turkey will be able to provide you a solution the outpaces what you thought possible. Smart budget allocation is the name of our game.

FINAL RENDERINGS

Once our budget has been nailed down and the design finalized we want to make sure you know what product you’re paying for, in all of it’s beautiful detail. So while we get to work creating, all you have to do is patiently anticipate the delivery of those keys.

CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING

Depending on the scope of the renovation and design there will be varying levels of construction. Here at Designer Turkey we turn empty land into dream homes. So we’ll bring those same contractors and engineers into the interior to make sure everything is up to code.

CUSTOM BUILT FURNITURE

While you’re awaiting that extra wall to be moved why not take advantage of our artisan furniture makers to make something suitable to take it’s place? The motto at Designer Turkey is, “If you can dream it. We can build it.” Your smaller dreams are no exception.

But maybe there is a portion of the project where we don’t want to go fully custom? Not to worry we partner with world renowned brands and can go obtain anything you’ll need. And with those relationships in place, knocking a few lines off the budget is always a nice feeling.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Now with all of the shopping, we don’t want you to have to worry about being home to receive any packages. So we’ll take care of the receiving, the unboxing, the plastic wrap, the recycling, and of course all the installation. So you can focus on turning that key and being wowed.
